3-After that, select the “Login Items” option. Here, you will see two options.

The second option is “Allow in the Background” which refers to helper apps that run in the background.

4-To add an app, click on the plus (+) icon under the Open at Login section and choose the app you want your Mac to launch at login.

5-As a final step, click on the “Open” button.
