To change your default search engine settings on Google Chrome;

1-As a first step, open the Google Chrome browser on your computer.

2-Click on the “three vertical dots” icon from the top right corner of the page.

3-Head to the “Settings” section from the drop-down menu.

4-After that, click on the “Search Engine” section on the left sidebar. 

5-Go to the “Manage search engines” under the search engine section.

6-You will see a drop-down menu and lists of options to set your default search engine. Choose one of the search engines from the list.

6-From the “Manage Search Engines” section, you can customize the search engine settings of your web browser.

7-By clicking the three dots icon, you can edit, remove and make default a search engine in Chrome.

Note: If you can not find the desired search engine in the list, click on the “Add” button and enter the name of the desired search engine.

To set a Chrome default search engine on your smartphone;

1-Launch the Chrome app from the home screen of your Android or iPhone device.
