1-Firstly, go to the “Messages” app from your dock, desktop, or Applications folder on your Mac.

3-Go to the “Messages” tab at the top of the screen from the menu bar and select the “Preferences” option from the drop-down.

4-Now, click on the “iMessage” option.

5-Tick the checkbox next to the “Enable Messages on iCloud” section. Also, check all the boxes in the “You can be reached for messages at” section. Here, you can see all the phone numbers and email addresses that people can text you at.

6-From the “Start new conversations from” section, select which phone number or email address you want your Mac’s messages to be sent from.

7-As a final step, in the right corner of the window, click on the “Sync Now” section to complete the process.
