News: Apple Releases First Update for AirPods Pro 2

Apple unveiled the new iPhones, AirPods, and Apple Watches at the Far Out event on the 7th of September. The company introduced many new features and products at its annual major event. One of the new products was AirPods Pro 2. 

Before the one month, since it was released, AirPods Pro 2 received the first firmware update that is called 5A377. The company has not yet shared the details about what the update addresses but it says that the new update comes with bug fixes and includes other improvements.

Luckily, you do not need to manually update your AirPods Pro 2. It receives the updates via Bluetooth to iPad, Mac, or iPhone. The AirPods installs the updates automatically without any user input. 

You can go to the Bluetooth menu on your device to check if there is an available update to your AirPods. You can click on the “i” icon and then choose the “About” option to see the updates. The page will show the relevant device information and the last update.

The new AirPods Pro 2 models are powered by the H2 chip and use a new advanced active noise canceling feature. On the other hand, Apple’s Find My app can be used on the new AirPods. Thanks to this feature, you can easily find your AirPods in case you do not know where it is. At the same time, the new AirPods Pro 2 can be used for up to 6 hours with a single charge. The case of AirPods Pro 2 can be used for up to 30 hours when it is fully charged.
